What counts as a run?

One run = one user message answered by the agent end-to-end (plan + tool calls + final text + reflection). Workflow-tile clicks count as one run. Tool retries inside a single turn do not count separately.

FAQ

Do I bring my own SAM.gov key?: Solo and above can use the shared studio key (1,000 req/day pooled). For higher volume or your own quota, paste a personal SAM.gov API key in workspace settings. Free tier runs on a curated 6-pursuit demo corpus.
Is there an annual discount?: Annual prepay = 2 months free across Solo / Capture / Firm / Enterprise. Configurable on the Stripe Customer Portal.
SOC 2 / data residency?: SOC 2 Type II in progress (target Q3 2026). All data is stored in Supabase US-east-1 with row-level security per workspace. We never train on your past performance, capture data, or proposal drafts.
Can I cancel any time?: Yes. Stripe Customer Portal handles cancel + invoice export. Your data stays accessible for 90 days, then archived to read-only on request.
