Terms of Service
Last updated: April 29, 2026
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Agent for SAM.gov ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Service description
Agent for SAM.gov is an AI-assisted pursuit workspace for US federal contractors. The Service produces drafts, recommendations, and structured deliverables based on public-sector data (SAM.gov, USAspending) and your inputs.
The Service is a drafting assistant, not legal, tax, contracting, or proposal-management advice. All outputs must be reviewed by a qualified human professional before being relied upon in any submission, capture decision, or regulatory filing.
3. Your data
You retain ownership of all content you submit (past performance, capture briefs, proposal drafts, etc.). We never train models on your data. Workspaces are isolated via per-workspace row-level security.
SAM.gov API keys you provide are encrypted at rest and only used to call the SAM.gov API on your behalf. They are never shared between workspaces.
4. Acceptable use
- No reverse engineering, scraping, or rate-limit abuse.
- No fabrication of NOTICE_IDs, FAR clauses, contracting officer names, CPARS ratings, or award figures.
- No use of the Service to file documents you have not personally reviewed.
- No reselling outputs as a substitute for human capture / proposal services.
5. Plans, billing, refunds
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Annual prepay is non-refundable but unused service continues through the term.
Usage above the included monthly run quota is charged at the published overage rate. Stripe receipts are sent on every successful charge.
6. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is." We make no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of agent outputs. Total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid in the prior 3 months.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms with notice. You may cancel at any time via the Stripe Customer Portal. Your data remains accessible for 90 days after cancellation, then archived to read-only on request.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms with notice via email and an in-app banner 30 days before changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
